For three years I photographed each day of our lives. None of this was all that extraordinary. Just some in between moments that would quickly fade from our memories. Yet these moments are the glue that holds us all together as we journey from one remarkable moment to the next. Through my daily shooting, I fell madly in love with a technique called freelensing. There is something about freelensing everyday life that feels so right to me. Our moments are not always clear and simple. Rather they are often complicated, messy. They sometimes feel fuzzy to me like we are living in this dream world. Freelensing helps me capture the beauty in the days upon days of surreal moments together.
